The work you would do
Drivers from the Channel Lake area bring in a steady mix of cooling system and radiator repair, wheel bearings, water pump replacement, and brakes, so expect plenty of that work. The bays also see cargo vans, pickups, and work trucks, not only cars. There is an RV and bus bay, so larger vehicles come inside too. See auto repair for Channel Lake drivers for the services those customers use.
Vehicles registered in Lake County go through the Illinois emissions test, and an illuminated check engine light can mean a failed test. That makes emissions diagnosis a regular job here, from reading codes to fixing the cause before a retest.
