The work you would do
At this shop, a technician from Third Lake would spend much of the week on work such as cooling system and radiator repair, wheel bearings, water pump replacement, and brakes. The bays also see cargo vans, pickups, and work trucks, not only cars. Transmission diagnosis and remanufactured transmission installs are regular work here. See auto repair for Third Lake drivers for the services those customers use.
Vehicles registered in Lake County go through the Illinois emissions test, and an illuminated check engine light can mean a failed test. That makes emissions diagnosis a regular job here, from reading codes to fixing the cause before a retest.
