The work you would do
Jobs that come in from North Chicago and the towns around it often include brake jobs, tire installation and repair, check engine light diagnosis, and battery replacement. The bays also see cargo vans, pickups, and work trucks, not only cars. Alignments run on a Hunter Hawkeye Elite system with an 18,000 lb rack. See auto repair for North Chicago drivers for the services those customers use.
Vehicles registered in Lake County go through the Illinois emissions test, and an illuminated check engine light can mean a failed test. That makes emissions diagnosis a regular job here, from reading codes to fixing the cause before a retest.
